A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or other related engineering discipline is preferred.

Work Experience/Knowledge: 

Must possess an up-to-date understanding of IT technologies and a good basic IT technical knowledge.

Work experience in relevant server technologies environment is preferred.

Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)

Degree or equivalent experience.

Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures. 

The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 30 pounds is also necessary. 

Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment. 

Hours may include evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hour a day on call support by pager and/or cell phone.

Travel. Must be prepared and able to travel nationally and internationally sometimes within short notice.

Uses superior customer service skills to ensure systems meet the needs of the client.

Provides technical support for projects and/or existing systems in cooperation with other team members.

Ensures that the appropriate documentation of developed and installed systems from both the client and technical perspective is prepared.

Keeps abreast of current developments and trends in information technology through networking, continuing education and industry/technology publications.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Participate in rotational on-call server support for problem ticket resolution to include weekends and evenings.
